These terms apply to the Veha mobile app (currently in beta) and the veha.ai website, provided by Veha AI Inc., Delaware, USA (“Veha”, “we”). By using Veha you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Veha.
Veha is in beta. Features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors, and we may change or stop parts of the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create a Veha account, and you must be able to use Veha lawfully where you live. Keep your account details secure and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
You may add content to Veha, such as recorded routes, photos, reviews and messages. You keep your rights in it. You give Veha a licence to store, display and process it as needed to run and improve the service, including showing it to other users where the app is designed to share it. You promise that you have the right to share it and that it is lawful, does not infringe others’ rights and does not include other people’s private information. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Veha AI helps you choose among existing trails. Its suggestions can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and are not professional advice. You decide whether a hike is right for you.
Hiking involves real risks. Trail information, maps, GPS positions and navigation in Veha may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or unavailable, for example because of weather, closures, terrain, phone battery or poor signal. Veha does not guarantee that any route is safe, suitable for you or error-free. Always check conditions, carry appropriate equipment and tell someone your plans. Do not rely on Veha as your only means of navigation or for emergencies. You use Veha and follow routes at your own risk.
Do not misuse Veha: no illegal content, harassment, spam, scraping, attempts to break or overload the service, or sharing of other people’s private information.
Veha uses third-party services, such as map providers and beta distribution services. Their terms apply to your use of them.
You can stop using Veha at any time and can request deletion of your account on our Delete account page. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the service or other users.
Veha is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Veha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of routes, maps, GPS or AI suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
